These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between Infinity Technologies SA ("Infinity", "we", "us" or "our") and you. The Terms govern your access to and use of wzstats.gg, battlefieldmeta.gg, and the Warzone Meta and BF6 Meta mobile applications (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms may be offered in multiple languages. In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails and is authoritative.
Scope of the Services
For clarity and naming harmonization, references to the "Services" in these Terms include the following products:
- WZStats (wzstats.gg): editorial content for Call of Duty® and Warzone® (weapon meta, best loadouts, full builds, tier lists for equipment/perks, in‑depth weapon articles, camo tracker).
- Warzone Meta (mobile app): provides similar content to WZStats on iOS/Android.
- Battlefield Meta (battlefieldmeta.gg): editorial content for Battlefield 6 (and future Battlefield titles), including weapon meta, best loadouts, full builds, tier lists for equipment/gadgets/classes, in‑depth weapon articles, and a camo tracker.
- BF6 Meta (mobile app): provides similar content to BattlefieldMeta on iOS/Android.
Unless we state otherwise, references to "Users" mean anyone accessing the Services, with or without an account. Future features, sections and sub‑domains are deemed included.
Editorial independence & trademarks. Our Services are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by EA, DICE or Activision. Battlefield™ and Call of Duty™ are trademarks of their respective owners. Users must not upload or distribute any protected game assets (game files, sounds, textures) and must comply with the publishers' capture/stream policies.
Eligibility & Territory
The Services are available globally, except where access or use would violate export control or sanctions laws (see Section 11). You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription. Minors may use the Services only under the supervision of an adult.
Accounts & Single Sign‑On (SSO)
Single account
You create a single account using email + password. The account works across wzstats.gg, battlefieldmeta.gg and their apps. Certain account‑level settings (for example, subscription or No Ads) are shared across Services. Cookie/SDK consent remains per device and per context.
Shared account data (internal)
We share, internally across our Services, your email, username (if any), subscription status, preferences, purchases, saved loadouts/favorites and similar account attributes. We do not sell user data. Processors used for hosting, payments and emailing are described in the Privacy Policy.
User controls
Accounts are common and cannot be split by product. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Deletion is global and completed within 90 days (including backups) subject to legal retention. Upon request, we provide data portability of your personal data in a structured format without disclosing internal schemas.
Security
Authentication is provided via Firebase Authentication (secure hashing/salting handled by the provider). We apply appropriate security measures (for example, rate‑limiting, basic anti‑bot/captcha and logging). Where required by law, we notify the competent authority of personal data breaches within the prescribed time.

Plans, Billing & Cancellations
Available plans (what's included):
- No Ads - removes all advertising and disables ad requests/ad‑measurement SDKs and pixels across the Websites and Apps for your account (see §4.2). It does not automatically disable non‑essential analytics/marketing/personalization cookies/SDKs, which remain subject to your consent via our consent module.
- Warzone Meta Premium - includes No Ads and unlocks Premium Content for Call of Duty/Warzone.
- Battlefield Meta Premium - includes No Ads and unlocks Premium Content for Battlefield 6 (and future Battlefield titles).
- Ultimate Meta Premium - includes all premium features for both universes (CoD/Warzone and Battlefield), plus No Ads.
"Premium Content" means access to additional in‑app/site features and data beyond the free tier, for the selected game universe, including:
- full weapon builds for every weapon and for each weapon level (beyond the free levels 1–10 and max level),
- upcoming playstyle‑specific builds (e.g., aggressive, long‑range),
- and other premium features announced from time to time.
Billing cycle
Subscription fees are charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date shown on your Account page. Your billing cycle depends on the subscription you selected at sign‑up. Your billing date may change, for example if a payment fails, if you change plan, or if your paid subscription started on a day that does not occur in a given month. If you subscribed through a third party (e.g., Apple or Google), consult your third‑party account for billing information.
Payment methods
To use the Services, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if your primary method is declined or unavailable. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. If a payment fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds or any other reason and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access until we successfully charge a valid Payment Method. Some providers may charge fees (e.g., international transaction or processing fees) and taxes may vary by Payment Method - contact your provider for details.
Updating your Payment Methods
You can update Payment Methods on your Account page. We may also update Payment Methods with information provided by payment service providers. After any update, you authorise us to continue charging the applicable Payment Method(s).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non‑refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused content, except where applicable law provides a withdrawal right (see §3.6). To cancel, go to your Account page and follow the instructions. If you subscribed via a third party (Apple/Google), you may need to cancel through that provider's subscription settings.
Price and plan changes
We may change our subscription plans and pricing from time to time to reflect changes in cost drivers affecting the Services (for example, hosting and distribution, platform/store fees, customer support, general administration, and applicable taxes or regulatory charges). We will notify you at least 30 days before any price or plan change takes effect. If you do not wish to accept the change, you may cancel before the effective date.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14‑day withdrawal right from the initial purchase, regardless of your country of residence. App‑store refunds are handled under Apple/Google policies. Outside the withdrawal window, partial periods are not refundable.
Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade)
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing period; no immediate proration is applied.
Terms, currencies and taxes
Subscriptions may be monthly, annual or bi‑annual. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may be charged in EUR, USD or GBP. Taxes (including VAT) are displayed at checkout and on receipts.
Free trials
No free trial is offered at this time.
Payment failures & chargebacks
Persistent payment failures or chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination of access. If you subscribed through Apple/Google, their rules on retries, cancellations and refunds apply in addition to these Terms.
Advertising & Tracking
Ad formats and exclusions
We may use display, native, video or other formats, subject to platform and legal compliance. Excluded categories include malvertising; illegal content; nudity/adult; hate; extreme violence/weapons; drugs/tobacco/vapes; gambling; crypto/ICO; politics; fake antivirus/scareware; unsubstantiated health claims; auto‑redirects; and auto‑play audio.
No Ads plan
The No Ads plan removes all advertisements and disables ad requests and ad‑measurement SDKs/pixels across the Websites and Apps for the account. No Ads ≠ No Tracking: non‑essential analytics/marketing/personalization remain subject to consent via our consent module (per device/context).
Internal promotions
Service messages (legal/operational) may be shown. Internal, non‑intrusive banners (for example, Premium upsell) may be displayed even with Premium. By creating an account, you consent to receive our marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Push marketing requires opt-in in the app settings.
Partners and safety
Our current ad partner includes Venatus (subject to change; see the Privacy Policy for the updated list). We may promptly disable any tag, partner or format for security, privacy or compliance reasons.
Content & Intellectual Property
Our Content
All editorial content, layouts, code and databases in the Services are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.
User‑Generated Content (UGC) - Loadouts on WZStats
Where and what. Only wzstats.gg allows creator‑submitted loadouts, which are always public.
License. You retain ownership of your loadouts, and you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute them, to make technical adaptations (thumbnails, formatting, translation), and to promote the Services (including rankings, trends, or previews) for as long as the loadout is online and for up to 90 days in backups after deletion. We may sub‑license only to technical processors (hosting/CDN/tools) to operate the Services.
Moderation. We may remove loadouts that breach law or these Terms and may suspend accounts for repeated abuse.
No re‑use of premium content. Republishing or redistributing our premium content (including full build data) is prohibited.
Usage Limits & Anti‑scraping
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk export or reverse engineer the Services; automated access or sharing of premium content is prohibited. Limited sharing of a watermarked preview image of a build is permitted; sharing full premium data is not.
Game Data, Accuracy & Changes
Sources
Our meta and recommendations are based on internal editorial analysis and testing. We do not rely on external APIs/feeds at this time.
Accuracy and updates
Content is updated daily and continuously, prioritising the most viewed and popular items. Information is provided for information only, may be incomplete, and is subject to change due to patches or hotfixes. We do not guarantee in‑game results. We may modify or remove sections if a publisher changes its rules or restricts data access.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited conduct
Harassment, hate/doxxing, cheating/boosting or distributing cheats, sale/exchange/sharing of accounts, automated access or scraping, reverse engineering, republication of premium content, spam/unauthorised advertising, security intrusion or attempts to bypass bans, and violations of Apple/Google rules or game EULAs are prohibited.
Enforcement
We may: (A1) warn; (A2) remove UGC or apply feature restrictions; (S1) suspend access for 24 hours up to 30 days; or (S2) ban/terminate for severe or repeated violations. Severe examples include cheats, doxxing or threats, large‑scale scraping/automation, security intrusion, premium content republication, fraud or chargebacks, or clear IP infringement. No refunds are provided for remaining periods after a severe breach. Ban‑evasion may lead to deactivation of linked accounts or devices.
Process
We notify by email or in‑app. You may appeal within 14 days; we aim to respond within 30 days. We may retain moderation records for up to 12 months for evidence.
Data Protection & Privacy
Legal bases
We rely on contract (account/subscription), legitimate interests (security/anti‑abuse, technical logs, non‑profiling improvements), and consent (marketing emails/push; non‑essential cookies/SDKs such as analytics/marketing/personalization).
Processors and transfers
We use processors including Firebase (hosting/auth) and Stripe (payments), PayPal (payments), Brevo (emailing) and Google Analytics. Processing may involve EU and non‑EU locations; transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) - see the Privacy Policy.
Consent management
A consent module is shown per device and context with Accept/Reject/Customize and withdrawal at any time. Unsubscribe links are provided in every marketing email; push settings are available in‑app.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability on request. Exercise your rights via [email protected] or [email protected]. We respond within one month (extendable where lawful).
Security and breaches
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures and, where required, notify authorities/users in case of a personal data breach.
Support & Availability
Availability and maintenance
Availability is best‑effort; no guaranteed uptime. When foreseeable, we announce planned maintenance at least 24 hours in advance (indicative window: Sunday 02:00–04:00 Europe/Brussels local time (CET/CEST); up to ~6 hours/month).

Support commitment
Support is best effort. We will communicate status updates during incidents as reasonably possible.
Changes to Terms & Price Changes
Minor changes
Minor changes (editorial/legal, with no material impact on your rights) take immediate effect upon publication. We may display an in‑app banner.
Material changes
Material changes (with substantial impact on rights/obligations) take effect no earlier than 15 days after notification via email and in‑app. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date from your Account page.
Price changes
Price changes are notified with 30 days' notice. For in‑app purchases, App Store/Google Play rules apply in addition to the above.
Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions/embargoes (as per EU/UK/US lists), are not listed on any sanctions list, and will not use the Services for prohibited purposes. We may deny or suspend access to comply with applicable export/sanctions laws.
Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnity
Disclaimers (as-is)
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Content is informational and may change (patches/hotfixes); we do not guarantee in-game results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to any user is capped at the total fees paid by that user in the preceding 12 months; if the user paid €0, the cap is €0. We are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data, except where imperatively required by law. Carve-outs: nothing limits liability for death/personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct/gross negligence, or where limitation is otherwise prohibited by law.
User indemnity (narrow)
You agree to indemnify us only for third-party claims caused by your unlawful UGC, your violation of these Terms (for example, cheats, scraping or intrusion), or fraudulent/illegal payment use, subject to our prompt notice, control of defence and your cooperation.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform that results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes outages or degradation affecting cloud providers or ISPs, platform or app store failures, distributed denial of service attacks, power outages, acts of government, changes in laws or publisher policies, strikes or labor disputes, wars, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, and other events of a similar nature. During such events, our affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event and we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate its effects and communicate updates. If the impact continues for a significant period, either party may consider termination of the affected Service. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Law, Disputes & Mediation (B2C)
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts in Brussels have non‑exclusive jurisdiction; consumers may also bring claims before the courts of their place of residence and retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws. Assignment, Entire Agreement, Severability, No Waiver, Survival
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer ours to an affiliate, an acquirer (merger/business), or service providers involved in operating the Services, without materially affecting your consumer rights.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement for the Services and supersede prior understandings on the same subject, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted to the extent required, without affecting the validity of the remainder.
No waiver
Unless agreed otherwise, no delay, act or omission in exercising a right will be deemed a waiver of that or any other right, to the extent permitted by law.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, usage restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and law/jurisdiction) survive termination.

These Terms cover wzstats.gg and battlefieldmeta.gg, including all sub‑domains, and the mobile apps Warzone Meta and BF6 Meta.
